Barwon Health Clinical Supervision
Program 2009/10

“ Through consultations with Trevor a training program was developed involving all members of the staff team - dentists, dental therapists, dental prosthetists, dental assistants, trainee dental assistants and Australian School Based Apprentices. Staff came from diverse backgrounds, experience & age groups. The staff feedback (by post session evaluations) has been excellent and they have identified skills that they can develop and use in their day-to-day interaction/supervision/mentoring across the organisation.
I am confident that the Oral Health Service can build on the success of the program “
